InCrowd Capital, LLC (“InCrowd,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy and a safe online experience. This Privacy Policy governs the use and sharing of personally identifiable information (“PII”) that users (“users” or “you”) voluntarily provide to InCrowd when they use InCrowd’s website located on the following domain incrowdcapital.com (the “Site”).  

InCrowd may change this Privacy Policy from time to time in our sole discretion. We will provide notice by, at a minimum, updating this posting. You should periodically review this Privacy Policy carefully. By using this Site, you acknowledge and agree to InCrowd’s collection and sharing of your PII according to the terms of the then current Privacy Policy.

 

Information We Collect

We collect information you share through the Site, including basic information such as your name, address and email, as well specific information related to your business and qualifying investor standards. You may update or correct your account information and email preferences at any time by logging in to your account.

Our web server collects and stores the following general information about you: the originating name of the domain from which you access the Internet; the date and time you access our service; the pages you visit; the internet address of the website from which you linked directly to us; the name and version of web browser software you are using. This information is collected automatically. It is used to help us improve our websites by tabulating the number of visitors to our websites in terms of new users, origin of referrers, popularity of pages, amount of use, and types of errors, and to make the websites more useful to you. Occasionally we may provide data to third parties concerning the number of visitors to our websites. This data will not contain individual information.

What Information is Shared and With Whom

We do not rent or sell your PII to outside marketers.  InCrowd may share your information (as described above) with its affiliates, subsidiaries, or divisions and with their respective officers, directors, employees, accountants, attorneys, and agents, or with InCrowd’s marketing partners.  In addition, InCrowd may share data with trusted partners. All such third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide services to InCrowd.

InCrowd also uses your PII to inform you of other products or services available from InCrowd and its affiliates. InCrowd may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique PII is not transferred to the third party.

We may provide information to regulatory authorities and law enforcement officials in accordance with applicable law or when we otherwise believe in good faith that the law requires it.  There may be instances when we may access or disclose your information in order to protect or defend the legal rights or property of InCrowd and its affiliated companies or their employees and agents, to protect the safety and security of users, and to protect against fraud.  InCrowd may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets in connection with a merger, reorganization or sale of assets, or in the event of bankruptcy.  In such an event, PII may be one of the assets transferred.

We may allow third-party ad servers or ad networks to serve advertisements on the Site. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that appear on the Site. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content. InCrowd does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent. The InCrowd Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, third-party advertisers. Security

InCrowd maintains safeguards to protect the security, integrity, accuracy and privacy of the information you provide. However, no transmission can be totally secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our website, and you do so at your own risk.

We urge you to keep your password in a safe place and not to divulge it to anyone. Also remember to log off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit. This privacy policy is applicable only to InCrowd’s website and does not apply to any third party websites or to other companies or persons.  The Site may contain links to, and media and other content from, other sites.  In addition, such third-party media and content may also contain external links.  InCrowd cannot and does not guarantee the privacy policies and practices of any third party.  InCrowd does not control, operate, or endorse any information, products, or services of any third-party websites that may be reached through links from the Site.  The use of any personal information provided by you to such a third party will be governed by that party's privacy policy.  If you are unsure whether a website is controlled, affiliated, or managed by InCrowd, you should review the privacy policy at each linked website to determine how that site treats your personal information.

 

Children’s Privacy

By using and submitting your information through this Site you consent to this Privacy Policy and to InCrowd’s collection and sharing of your PII according to the terms of this Privacy Policy. InCrowd does not knowingly collect PII from children under 13 years of age.

 

California Rights

If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request information regarding the disclosure of your PII by InCrowd to a third party for the third party's direct marketing purposes.
